Job Overview

You will run your own store and be responsible for everything that happens in it. You will have significant autonomy in shaping the operational direction and culture of our business.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • You will lead & develop a team within your store and be responsible for providing them a healthy and happy work environment. You need to ensure that the team spirit is always up and on fire!
  • You will be the first person of contact for any performance or operational questions of your store.
  • You will manage your own store team consisting of supervisors, operations associates , store associate staff and the delivery crew.
  • You will communicate with many different stakeholders, e.g. suppliers, shift leads, delivery crew, landlords, customers, neighbours.
  • You know your store like the back of your hand and you can answer any question with regards to the store and its processes.
  • You will be accountable for the stores performance and the achievement of stores KPIs.
  • You will analyse data around sales, customers, and delivery to make informed decisions on how to drive sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Your profile:
  • You have gained 2-3 years management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • You see yourself as an entrepreneur and you are eager to take the next steps. Managing one store, managing a whole district, leading entire city operations and steering further expansion
  • You are willing to make Bandi your mission and are ready to work hard to make this business a success.

Job Overview

True to our need for speed we need individuals like you who are passionate to ride bikes . The crux of Bandi’s mission will be helmed by you riders. No experience required .

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Load your backpack carefully with the order.
  • Ride to the customer and see their face brighten on receiving their order .
  • Ride back to the base and check-in with the rest of the crew.
  • Be reliable, punctual and energetic.

Job Title : Store Crew

Store Associate Staff :

Description

Our Business Operations team is responsible for i) Darkstore Operations; ii) Rider Operations; iii) Customer Service; iv) Supply Chain (w/Commercial Team). This team ultimately owns the mins delivery promise to our customers.

Responsibilities :

  • Responsibility for physically managing the inventory inside the darkstore
  • Closely coordinate with the inventory manager over product availability, quality and inventory accuracy
  • Receive products from our suppliers and ensure the quality and physical count matches the purchase
  • Store products to their inventory locations while making sure of the inventory accuracy
  • Perform quality checks to ensure the ultimate freshness and best quality of all products for the customers
  • Perform the physical listing and delistings and rezonings of products
  • Actively be managing the back storage to ensure a high level of ready to pick (shelving of products and refill of beverages)
  • Responsibility for managing the waste in the warehouse

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Merchandising or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse Planning, Order Management roles (FMCG/Retail is a big plus).
  • Familiar with the grocery retail space.
  • Strong hands-on mentality and very detailed oriented.
  • Love working with people and retail products at the same time.
  • We believe that acting like an owner is a great driving principle.
  • You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to get your hands dirty.
  • You have very good communication skills and are proficient in both written and spoken English and Kannada, Hindi is a plus.

Job Title : Inventory Manager

Responsibilities :

  • Closely coordinate with the store associate staff over product availability, quality and inventory accuracy
  • Perform the listing ,delistings , rezonings and repricing of products in the inventory.
  • Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
  • Examine the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages.
  • Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
  • Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
  • Evaluate new inventory to ensure it’s ready for shipment.
  • Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
  • Order new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.
  • Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals.
  • Recruit and train new employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques.
  • An analytical mind with strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • A trustworthy professional with outstanding record-keeping abilities
  • Ability to interpret and analyze large amounts of data.
